So thanks to Trev and Karyn for the idea and the location- We decided to take Brin to feed the ducks "breakfast". We planned on having our breakfast there but we attempted 3 other locations before we decided to go to Roz's and eat our breakfast and then called Trev to get directions to the place they took Ashlin to. I am so glad they told us about it! It is just a little pond in the middle of some office buildings but it was really pretty and there was no one else there.
It was so much funand all it cost was the 99 cents I spent on the loaf of bread! And it was a good thing I bought the cheap albertsons brand of bread that fell apart easily because Brin was basicly feeding them whole pieces of bread! She was a little hesitant at first and it didnt help that Brett put his hand to close to one of the ducks and was bit. But she got used to them quickly and also ended up getting bit by one for trying to get the duck to eat out of her hand.

There were three ducks in particular that were my favorite- the first was a white one but unlike any of the others it had light brown markings on it. the second just had totally different markings and coloring than any of the others. The third was the cutest little baby duck!

I am so thankful for a husband who enjoys spending time with the family and enjoys taking us on little outings like this one- where we can make memories that will last a life time. I still to this day remember my Grandpa Max taking us to a place in Springville to feed ducks and Brett told me stories about his Dad taking him and his siblings to a place in provo by the D. I. I hope as Brin gets older she will have fond memories of going places like this with us!
