Why do I blog?

I started blogging because I knew people that blogged. I thought it would fun to keep people updated as brinley grew up and I could print off the pages and used them as a scrap book. This is not a bad reason to blog, but then one day I was looking at a friend of a friends blog and she has a quote on her page with the box titled: Why I blog. After I read the quoteIt made me ask the questions why do I blog. It lead to the feeling that I need to blog not just for fun or to keep friends updated on our lifes but so my future children, grandchildren and so on, could know about who I am who my family is and what we believe in and stand for. I have a hard time journally but still feel this is somthing that is really important. So my goal is to now not just blog the exciting fun stuff but the little stuff too. I hope that I can be inspired in my writting as I have been inspired to continue blogging in a new light.
